WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

At LUXFORGE, your timepieces deserve nothing less than protection and peace of mind. That’s why every LUXFORGE Watch Winder and Watch Box comes with our Free 2-Year Replacement Warranty (“WARRANTY”), covering functional defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no cost. This replacement will not be counted as part of your WARRANTY claim.

Warranty Coverage

  • The WARRANTY applies only to watch winders and watch boxes purchased through the official LUXFORGE website.
  • Coverage lasts for two (2) years from the date you receive your product.
  • The WARRANTY covers manufacturer defects, functional issues, and material flaws.

Warranty Exclusions

The WARRANTY does not cover:

  • Defects or damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, accidents, or external factors.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Commercial use.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or customizations.


Any of these will void the WARRANTY.

90-Day Ready-to-Wear Guarantee

If your automatic watch is not ready to wear when taken from the winder within 90 days of normal use, you may return the winder for a full refund, simple and hassle-free. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the design, programming, and build quality of every LUXFORGE unit.

What this guarantee covers
We guarantee that your LUXFORGE Watch Winder, when used correctly and set to the appropriate turns per day, will help keep properly functioning watches running and correctly set, including time, date, and supported complications, as part of normal rotation.

What it does not cover

  • Watches with pre-existing mechanical, accuracy, or power-reserve issues
  • Broken, malfunctioning, or improperly serviced movements
  • Issues unrelated to winding or caused by incorrect settings or use

Warranty Eligibility

To claim your WARRANTY, you must:

  1. Register your purchase using the form below within 30 days of delivery (failure to register will forfeit the WARRANTY).
  2. Provide valid proof of purchase when required.
  3. Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage.
  4. Confirm with us whether the original product should be returned, depending on the specific case.
  5. Each product is entitled to one (1) free replacement under this WARRANTY.

LUXFORGE offers a limited 2-year worldwide WARRANTY on all watch winders and watch cases purchased through our official website.
